The practice tailored for you can be therapeutic hatha yoga based movement, fun flow, restorative yoga or just breathwork with mindfulness to clear the mind.

You don't necessarily need yoga mats to do a safe, fun and efficient practice. Still, props can be rented and mats are available for a small crowd. Studio rental possible.
